Extra Mile Dental is a specialist dental clinic in Richmond, South Australia, dedicated to making oral healthcare more accessible for people with disability and complex medical conditions. Led by Dr Trudy Lin, one of only three Specialists in Special Needs Dentistry in the state, the practice brings more than a decade of focused experience caring for patients with diverse needs. Its inclusive approach aims to help every person eat, speak and smile freely, with compassionate care tailored to individual circumstances.
The clinic offers general dental services and a range of options to support treatment, including happy gas, intravenous sedation and general anaesthesia. For patients who have difficulty travelling to a clinic or hospital, Dr Lin also provides home-visiting general dental care for existing patients living within 15 kilometres of the Richmond clinic. Extra Mile Dental describes this as the full scope of general dental care delivered in the patient’s home.
