Extreme Maggie

Maggie Faris is a Minnesota-born veteran comedian whose work pairs polished stage presence with a distinctive blend of poise and silliness. Her debut comedy special, Traditional Beauty, captures a performance for a Twin Cities crowd and draws on personal stories, including her experience driving a snow truck and being the only lesbian in an office full of men. The special is available to stream through her website.

The site is a hub for Maggie’s comedy and updates, with sections for upcoming shows, videos, albums, and her podcast, as well as links to Patreon and contact information. Fans can also take part in Unlicensed Therapy, an interactive feature inviting visitors to submit a problem, dilemma, or questionable life choice for Maggie to address. Questions may be submitted anonymously or with the sender’s name; the feature promises entertainment, while making no guarantees of wisdom. Visitors can sign up for the newsletter to receive news and updates.
