Extreme Tactical Solutions

Extreme Tactical Solutions (ETS) provides firearms and tactical training for civilians, law enforcement officers, and other professionals. Its stated aim is to build responsible, skilled, and prepared students through practical instruction, real-world techniques, and an emphasis on safety. Training options include pistol, rifle, shotgun, and long-range rifle classes, as well as close-quarters combat, vehicle dynamics, concealed-carry licensing, and one-on-one private lessons. Firearm rentals are also listed among its offerings.

ETS is led by Will Schlegelmilch, who has 21 years of law enforcement experience and more than 15 years as a firearms instructor. He has trained officers at the Florida Keys Criminal Justice Police Academy in firearms, defensive tactics, and SWAT techniques, and is a certified red-dot and Glock instructor. The company highlights safe firearm handling, professionalism, readiness, and leadership as core values. Its training examples include patrol-rifle and advanced handgun courses, with drills involving movement, multiple targets, and shooting from cover. Based in the Miami area, ETS invites prospective students to contact the company to schedule training.
