Essentially Your Choice (EYC) is a Newcastle-founded, NDIS-registered provider offering personalised support to participants and their families. Its team serves Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast, while extending support to remote communities and other regions across Australia. EYC’s services include Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, helping people understand and implement their NDIS plans, build independence, strengthen support networks and connect with mental health, community and mainstream services.
