EyeSupply

EyeSupply is a South African online retailer of contact lenses and related eye-care products, offering a convenient way to shop, reorder, and have lenses delivered. Its catalogue includes daily, weekly, and monthly lenses, as well as toric, multifocal, coloured, and specialty designs. Customers can choose from well-known brands such as Acuvue, Alcon, CooperVision, MyDay, Dailies, Biofinity, and Air Optix. The store also sells lens-care solutions, eye drops, lubricants, cases, and other accessories.

Ordering is designed to be straightforward: customers find their lenses, provide prescription details, and place an order. EyeSupply requires a valid prescription and verifies it with the customer’s doctor; shoppers can upload a prescription or request help obtaining or confirming the information. The company says its lenses are sourced locally through manufacturers’ South African operations and supplied in original packaging. Delivery is free for orders over R850, with a R70 charge below that threshold. Customers can also use WhatsApp to reorder or check order updates, and earn 2% back through EyeSupply Rewards.
