Organizations can obtain E-ZAK through a purchase or rental arrangement. Purchasing includes a license and implementation tailored to the selected scope, with options to pay in installments and to operate the system in a certified QCM hosting environment or on the customer’s own infrastructure. Under the rental model, clients use the system for an agreed period and scope, pay regular monthly fees, and receive operational support through QCM’s certified hosting environment. QCM also provides support for keeping the tool aligned with current legislation. E-ZAK’s website features information about system functions, electronic auctions, and a supplier portal that helps users find vendors by CPV code.
