Ezinore is building the algorithmic trading and dispatch optimization layer for grid-scale battery storage in India. Battery storage is the only asset on India's power exchanges that can buy at one price, hold for hours, and sell at another. Almost none of the ~5 GWh of batteries operating in India today have software to do this well — most run on manual schedules and Excel sheets, leaving 30-50% of arbitrage revenue uncaptured. We're closing that gap. Our software: → Pulls historical and live market data from IEX (DAM, RTM, and the emerging GTAM/GDAM markets) → Runs MILP-based bid optimization across all 96 fifteen-minute blocks per day → Integrates with major Indian BMS vendors for state-of-charge and cycle-aware dispatch → Submits bids automatically and tracks settlement and uplift Starting wedge: hybrid solar+storage IPPs with 5-50 MW projects under PPA. Platform expansion into green energy trade (GTAM, GDAM, REC) and open access aggregation as those markets mature. Why now: The MoP indigenous EMS mandate (August 2025), Maharashtra storage mandate (April 2026), CERC ancillary services market Phase II, and the SECI BESS tender pipeline together expand India's addressable storage from ~5 GWh today to 60-80 GWh by 2030. The software layer to participate in those markets has to be built now.
