FOX Group

Franz Obermayer brings together experience in agriculture, information technology, and sustainability. A trained farmer and forester, he carries a practical, nature-conscious perspective into his professional work. In 1992, he founded F. Obermayer Datentechnik and soon developed a focus on information security. He is managing partner of FOXiT GmbH and serves on the board of complimant AG, offering experience across IT and consultancy. In 2020, he helped establish the FOX Group, whose members include FOXiT GmbH, LemonTec GmbH & Co KG, pen.sec AG, and complimant AG.

Obermayer shares his expertise through talks, training, and seminars, particularly on information security, data protection, and sustainability. His sustainability interests range from photovoltaic energy and organic flour to electric vehicles. He also contributed a chapter on practical approaches to sustainable business management to a 2015 publication. Through FOX helps e.V., the association he founded in 2020, he supports organisations and community initiatives. His work reflects a connection between hands-on agricultural values and modern IT and advisory services.
