Free2Go

FREE2GO is Nova’s prepaid mobile service, offering flexible packages for customers who want to manage their calls, texts and mobile data. Its plans combine data allowances with voice minutes and SMS, including an advertised offer of 44.5 GB, unlimited calling minutes and 500 SMS to all networks for €15 per month for 12 months. Customers can also choose data-focused options, such as a 250 GB package with rollover for 30 days, or Data Jump offers that double a package’s data for an additional €2.

A key feature is rollover: unused minutes, SMS and gigabytes from an eligible package can carry over to the next package activated. FREE2GO also promotes data gifts, limited-time offers and an eSIM option. The website provides information on joining the service, activating a new SIM, renewing credit and accessing customer support. Customers can manage their account online, while the FREE2GO app and promotional features offer additional ways to engage with the service.
