F3 Nation is a free, peer-led fitness and leadership community for men, built around the mission of planting, growing, and serving small workout groups that strengthen community leadership. Its outdoor workouts welcome men of all fitness levels and physical abilities, take place in all weather, and are led by participants in rotation. Each session ends with a Circle of Trust, reflecting F3’s emphasis on fellowship and personal growth.
