About FA09
FA09 is a 100% non-profit general administration organization that offers a wide range of services. They have different departments to cater to various needs. The rental department handles inquiries regarding moving in and out, rent issues, housing offers, waiting lists, and more.
The finance department handles residents' utility accounts, payments for maintenance expenses, and prepares budgets and annual financial statements. The property management department is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the properties and works closely with the property caretakers and resident committees. The management and development secretariat provides support to the organization's boards, leaders, and employees.
They handle tasks such as HR, IT, legal matters, communication, and strategy development. Additionally, FA09 has a college community to provide a supportive living environment. From administrative support to financial management, FA09 offers comprehensive and reliable services to its residents and stakeholders
