Fabbriche Aperte Piemonte is a regional initiative that invites the public to discover the people, processes and expertise behind the region’s industrial and advanced-services sectors. Promoted by the Piedmont Region, the event returns on 15, 16 and 17 October 2026, when participating businesses will open their production sites to visitors for three days. Guided tours are free but require advance booking, and places are limited.

Visits take participants into areas usually closed to the public, including production departments, laboratories and warehouses. Company employees—such as technicians, workers, designers and production managers—lead the tours, sharing how products are made, which skills and technologies are involved, and how businesses are approaching automation, research and sustainability.

The programme spans a broad range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, engineering, electronics, energy, rail, textiles, design, construction, environmental services and waste treatment. Visitors can browse participating companies and locations online, then reserve a tour through the event website when booking opens on 5 October 2026.
