About Fabric Café
Fabric Cafe is a brand that brings the fun back into quilting. Founded by a mother-daughter duo, Donna Robertson and Fran Morgan, with a shared passion for quilting, Fabric Cafe offers a wide range of products and services to inspire and assist quilting enthusiasts. It all began with their innovative stacked fabric chenille technique.
Donna, experimenting with the process, realized the need for a more convenient method and together with Fran, they created a solution. This led to the birth of their first product, Chenille By The Inch®, which received rave reviews from sewing enthusiasts. In 2008, Fabric Cafe introduced 3-yard quilt patterns, providing quilters with easy-to-follow patterns and books that quickly became bestsellers.
Their collection now includes over 70 3-yard quilt patterns and 17 books. To further support and engage their community, Fabric Cafe launched a YouTube channel in 2020, releasing two shows per week where Fran, Donna, and their team showcase their patterns and books. Today, Fabric Cafe is a global brand, with their products available in quilt and retail shops worldwide.
