FACE Foundation for African Children Education is a reputable brand based in Coquitlam, BC, Canada. As a subsidiary of Focus on Africa Society, a registered Canadian charity, FACE is dedicated to creating educational opportunities for children in rural parts of Africa who would not otherwise have access to schooling. Their main objective is to break the cycle of poverty by focusing on early primary education in rural areas where the need is greatest.

To achieve this, FACE leverages the support of willing volunteers and minimizes involvement of third parties, ensuring that over 80% of sponsors' donations directly benefit the children. Every year, a group of committed volunteers travels to selected villages in Africa, starting with Ghana, to personally meet with children and parents. They provide counseling, encouragement, and deliver educational kits to the children, along with lunch money to the parents.

Child selection is carried out by a committee in each village, consisting of retired teachers or pastors and community leaders, ensuring the support goes to those most in need. Ongoing support is contingent upon the child staying in school and their responsible use of the provided resources. With a dedicated board of directors and passionate committee members, FACE Foundation is making a significant impact in uplifting African children through education
