Faces & Our Cultures Program is a Cultural Exchange Program between Guatemala and the USA. Founded in 2005, "Faces" has focused on searching for young Guatemalan Cultural Ambassadors, between the ages of 11 and 17, that travel to the USA to give Americans a glimpse of our culture, as well as to learn American customs. They create cultural projects to share with their community in order to promote Bilateral Cultural Enrichment. Faces & Our Cultures offers an enriching experience through the exchange of cultures within and educational and family environment and provides tools for learning and achieving human and cultural development. Our Guatemalan participants must accomplish a profile, be selected and screened, in order to represent our country as Young Cultural Ambassadors. Our Program is deeply committed in providing a World Class experience to our Cultural Ambassadors, their parents, American host families, and Hosting Schools. Mission: Deliver an experience that promotes integral growth. We deliver an ideal way for each of our participants to develop a wider vision of future opportunities, as well as tools to cultivate a safe and fun lifestyle through complete immersion in another culture. Vision: To revolutionize today's youth, promoting an future entrepreneurial society with a more globalized perspective.

They are committed to enriching the lives of young people, families, and education professionals through cultural exchanges that support intellectual and social growth.
