Facet is a Pacific Northwest-based multidisciplinary firm of engineers, scientists, designers, ecologists, arborists, and planners. Formerly DCG Watershed, Facet brings together the experience of Davido Consulting Group and The Watershed Company, building on the firms’ combined four decades of work. Guided by the principle of designing with nature and people in mind, the company addresses complex challenges by considering both site-specific details and broader community and environmental needs.
Facet offers civil and structural engineering, planning, drinking water and wastewater services, streams and fish passage expertise, marine engineering, landscape architecture, arboriculture and urban forestry, and critical areas and environmental permitting. Its projects span residential and multifamily developments, commercial and mixed-use properties, municipal and civic facilities, parks and trails, restoration, and federal infrastructure.
Through collaborative, multidisciplinary teams, Facet tailors solutions to each client, site, context, and schedule. Its work includes mass-timber structures, salmon habitat improvements, waterfront community docks, shoreline design, and urban landscapes.
