Elle facilite et optimise leur fonctionnement afin de valoriser l’appui à la coordination des professionnels de santé et l’accompagnement des patients. En collaboration avec l'Agence Régionale de Santé, elle accompagne ses adhérents dans la structuration des dispositifs d'appui à la coordination.

About FACS Occitanie
FACS Occitanie | Montpellier is a regional healthcare coordination organization that aims to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of its members' actions, support and coordination initiatives. They work closely with the Regional Health Agency to assist their members in developing coordinated support systems. With nearly 40 Coordination Support Devices (DAC), Regional Expertise Devices (DER), Specific Regional Devices (DSR), and Concerted Indirect Clinic Devices (D-CLIC), as well as the DAC Corse, FACS Occitanie provides a platform for collaboration and governance for various stakeholders in the region, including URPS and representative bodies such as FEHAP, FNEHAD, FECOP, FAS, and more.
