FACT Bikeparts is a family-owned bicycle parts supplier founded in 1993 by Friedrich Tappert, who brought nearly 20 years of experience in the cycling industry. The company is now led by his daughter, Constanze Nerlich, who took over in 2012. FACT serves the specialist bicycle trade exclusively; consumers can contact the company for details of local retailers.

Its webshop is a business-to-business ordering platform, and customers can also place orders through a VeloConnect interface. The product range covers bicycle components, accessories and workshop supplies, including brake parts, cables and housings, e-bike accessories, chains, pedals, handlebars, lighting, pumps, saddles, tools, lubricants and more. FACT says it prioritizes quality and offers products from a range of suppliers, including MKS pedals from Japan, YPK cables and small parts, Velospring wooden grips, Velox handlebar and rim tape, and lubricants from Hanseline.

The company emphasizes direct customer contact and provides support through its sales and office team
