Zach Chiara

Factor Financial is a registered investment adviser focused on retirement income planning for people approaching retirement, generally within ten years. Founded by CFP® professional Zach Chiara, the firm works with a select group of households to make complex retirement decisions more manageable. Its approach coordinates income, investments, taxes, wealth protection, healthcare, and estate considerations within a connected plan designed around each client’s goals and priorities.

Services include retirement spending plans, investment portfolio analysis and design, tax-aware withdrawal planning, and assessment of retirement income needs and risks. Factor Financial’s process begins with a relaxed 30-minute Retirement Clarity Call to explore a prospective client’s situation and determine mutual fit. This is followed by an Income & Risk Analysis of accounts, potential gaps, and recommended income strategies. In a Retirement Optimization Call, the firm presents its findings in a clear summary and plain numbers. The firm also offers retirement resources, including a library, calculators, a retirement timing test, a tax assessment, and an advisory fee calculator.
