Factory One is an industrial capability center in Qatar that brings forth the model factory concept to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Their vision is to empower SMEs and corporate entities in Qatar and the region to build operational excellence and compete in global markets, supporting economic diversification efforts in the region. They offer various training programs that focus on lean production, a Japanese-inspired concept that aims to eliminate waste in manufacturing while maximizing product quality and value.

Participants in their training programs learn through real-life production experiences, applying lean principles and tools in a hands-on production environment. From understanding all stages of the production process to observing the impact of lean on non-production processes, participants gain a deep understanding of lean production.
