About Fagskolen Viken
Fagskolen i Viken - Higher Vocational College (FiV) is Norway's largest public vocational college with over 2000 students and 240 staff members spread across eight campuses. We are dedicated to providing high-quality education that meets the competency needs of the professional world. Our strategy focuses on active transnational cooperation with other higher education institutions to further develop and strengthen our offerings.
With a wide range of subject areas, we offer full-time and part-time study options on campus or through online platforms like Teams and Zoom. Additionally, we collaborate with public and private organizations to provide module-based courses. Our programs include technical subjects, tourism, management, health, and youth development.
Established in 1895, we have a long-standing tradition of educating professionals. In 2020, following a merger, we became Fagskolen i Viken. Accredited by ECHE and VET, we actively participate in the Erasmus+ program, offering exciting opportunities for both student and staff mobility.
