Fairfield Knife Works is an Ohio-based small business creating handcrafted custom knives from high-quality materials. Founded by Matt Harbuck as a hobby, the business is now operated part-time with support from his wife and three sons. Each knife is made by Matt in his home workshop, with many orders built to customers’ specifications; selected knives are also available ready to ship.

The collection includes kitchen knives such as chef, santoku, nakiri, kiritsuke, and bunka styles, alongside general-purpose outdoor, hunting, and everyday-carry or tactical knives. Models listed include the Jackson, Camp, Lancaster, Sycamore, Slate Ridge, and Exline. Designed to be both practical and attractive, the knives are intended for tasks ranging from restaurant and home kitchen use to field dressing and outdoor travel. Customers can choose options such as laser engraving, Cerakote finishes, handle scales, pins, and liners.
