Fairview Youth Wrestling

Jackets Youth Wrestling Club, also known as Fairview Youth Wrestling, is a community-based program in Fairview, Tennessee, established in 2012. Open to boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grade, the club introduces young people to wrestling while using the sport to build confidence and life skills. Its coaches emphasize commitment, perseverance, courage, responsibility, respect, integrity, citizenship, and cooperation, encouraging athletes to apply what they learn on the mat to school, relationships, and other goals.

The club offers seasonal registration, coached practices, team apparel, and opportunities to compete in optional AAU wrestling meets. Practices are generally held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Fairview High School Auxiliary Gym, while meets take place on weekends and group athletes by age and weight class. Competition is encouraged but not required, and families are responsible for registering children for tournaments. Registration includes an AAU youth wrestling membership, a hoodie, shorts, and a shirt.
