Faith Effort Action

Faith Effort Action (FEA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping student-athletes grow on and off the court or field. Its mission is to nurture and guide young people as they pursue higher education and personal development, preparing them to become faith-, family-, and community-minded leaders. FEA’s approach combines athletics, academics, professional development, and community service, with an emphasis on supporting student-athletes regardless of socioeconomic status.

Through basketball teams and athletic training, FEA promotes teamwork, discipline, accountability, and confidence. Its academic programs encourage classroom achievement and lifelong learning, while mentorship and professional development help students build skills and prepare for future careers. Community service initiatives foster empathy, social responsibility, and meaningful connections with others.

FEA also works with community partners, including Overtime, to provide exposure, educational opportunities, events, and an immersive mini-camp. The organization invites families, supporters, and partners to take part in its programs and contribute through donations or sponsorships.
