Falkirk Foundation is a community-focused charity working to help people in the Falkirk area live happier, healthier lives through football, physical activity, education and wellbeing support. Its programmes welcome participants of different ages and abilities, using sport as a way to build skills, confidence and social connections.

Football opportunities include early-years Baby Bairns and Mini Bairns sessions, junior skills and games, male and female teams, goalkeeping development, girls’ football and inclusive activities such as the Down’s Syndrome Group and Falkirk Blind Club. The Foundation also offers school football, holiday camps and facility hire.

Beyond the pitch, its services support mental health, physical wellbeing, education and employment. Programmes include mental health training, Football Fans In Training, The Changing Room, Ahead of the Game, Centre Forward and Off The Bench. Bairns Blether provides monthly community engagement for people aged 60 and over, helping address social isolation. Falkirk Foundation also offers opportunities to volunteer, gain work experience and become a coach, bringing people together through activities designed for the needs of its community.
