About Falkvarv AB
Falkvarv AB, known as “The Swedish Shipyard,” is a shipyard company located on Sweden’s west coast in Falkenberg. It specializes in repairing, maintaining and converting vessels serving the North Sea. The company combines personal customer focus with extensive experience and technical expertise, supported by a compact administrative organization designed to keep decisions and work processes moving quickly.
Falkvarv offers mechanical engineering, design and welding services, alongside its core shipyard work. Its facilities include two floating docks: one with a lifting capacity of 4,000 tonnes for vessels up to 115 metres long and 16 metres wide, and another with a capacity of 7,500 tonnes for vessels up to 150 metres long and 23 metres wide. The yard also has a 250-metre quay, with a depth of six metres and crane capacity of 36 tonnes.
