Familien-Impulse

Familien-Impulse is a family guidance and consulting service led by Denise, an education scientist, family adviser and mother. It supports parents through challenging stages of family life, with a particular focus on sleep difficulties that continue into toddlerhood. The approach combines educational knowledge, psychological insights, scientific grounding and everyday experience to help parents understand their child’s signals and feel more confident in their decisions.

Rather than offering rigid rules or quick fixes, Denise provides attentive, individually tailored guidance centred on attachment, child development and each family’s circumstances. Support can include a single consultation or a series of conversations and longer-term packages, including help with sleep, settling into childcare and recurring everyday challenges. Families can also take part in courses and workshops, including toddler courses and sessions such as “Papa Talk.” Practical, manageable suggestions and space for discussion are part of the service. Familien-Impulse aims to help parents find approaches that fit their values and routines, build trust in their own intuition and make family life feel more manageable.
