Familienbegleitung Lebensglück

Familienbegleitung Lebensglück is a family support practice led by Lara Middeldorf, a certified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Based in Friedewald, it serves families in Hersfeld-Rotenburg and surrounding areas, including the Wartburgkreis and Werra-Meißner-Kreis. Its core service is individual, compassionate breastfeeding and lactation support, available through home visits or online consultations.

Lara helps parents address breastfeeding pain, concerns about milk supply, a baby’s weight gain, and questions about getting started after birth. The practice also offers guidance on tongue-tie assessment and support before and after frenotomy, alongside reassurance for families who feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Support is tailored to each family, with an emphasis on practical solutions and a pressure-free, nonjudgmental approach.

The broader range of services includes formula-feeding advice, complementary feeding and family-table guidance, support for picky eaters, sleep consultations, and parent workshops. Families can also find a breastfeeding preparation course and a breastfeeding group, with schedules announced as available. The practice aims to help parents feel understood and supported as they navigate feeding and family life.
