Familierådgivning Med Hjertet is a family counselling practice founded by Stine Jusjong Bøgsted, who draws on both professional experience and her perspective as a mother of a boy with autism. The practice supports parents and families navigating autism and ADHD, with a focus on children’s wellbeing, calmer family life and practical ways to manage everyday challenges. Services include individual family counselling, structured Grundforløb and tailored Masterforløb, as well as intensive 60-minute consultations.
Families can meet Stine at her premises in Hedehusene or online, making counselling accessible beyond the Roskilde, Hedehusene and Tåstrup area. The practice also offers sibling courses for different age groups, family conversations for siblings, workshops, courses and talks for parents and grandparents. Additional resources include a podcast, inspiration and self-help materials, including guidance on meltdowns and taking autism into everyday life.
