Thanks to contracts with ACC, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Development, and Oranga Tamariki, they are able to offer their services at little to no cost. Additionally, their Family Violence Outreach Service and Refuge offers a confidential and supportive environment for individuals in crisis. They provide a wide range of resources, including safety plans, crisis counselling, court advocacy, and referrals to relevant services.
