Family First Jacksonville is a locally rooted healthcare clinic serving Jacksonville and communities across East Texas, including Bullard, Tyler, Palestine, Athens, Rusk, Henderson, and Longview. Established in 2012 by Dr. Kristin Ault and Dr. Justin McInnis, the clinic is built around providing comprehensive, accessible care close to home. Both physicians are board-certified in family medicine and completed their residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler.

The clinic offers primary care for the whole family, including care for injuries and illnesses, with same-day and walk-in appointments available.
