Family First Primary Care is an independent primary care practice serving Wake Forest and the North Raleigh area of North Carolina. Founded in 2015 by Drs. Curtis, Gardner, and Tang, the practice focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care and aims to provide convenient, personalized support for the whole family. Its clinicians care for children aged two and older, teens, adults, and older patients, taking time to listen and get to know each person.

Services include acute care for common illnesses such as flu, colds, strep throat, and urinary tract infections; pediatric well-child visits, routine and sports physicals, and immunizations; and adult wellness care, including physicals, gynecological exams, and Pap smears. The practice also supports patients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, obesity, and depression. Minor procedures include joint injections, minor skin procedures, and treatment of ingrown toenails. Telehealth visits are available by request.
