Family Frontiers is a registered entity, established with the aim of advancing, promoting, and strengthening the family unit so that no family is left behind. As an umbrella body for the Foreign Spouses Support Group (FSSG), Family Frontiers supports and advocates for the welfare of Malaysian bi-national families. They mobilize action for the Malaysian Campaign for Equal Citizenship, working towards achieving law and policy reforms that ensure equal rights for Malaysians to confer citizenship on their children and spouses.

Through community outreach, information dissemination, and peer support, Family Frontiers provides services to a community of 25,000 followers, including case management and necessary referrals. They engage with policymakers, media, and stakeholders to raise awareness and promote advocacy for equal citizenship and access to legal status. By actively participating in national, regional, and global advocacy coalitions, Family Frontiers contributes to the advancement of gender equality and non-discrimination for Malaysian bi-national families
