Its mission is to provide responsive, flexible care that helps children and families thrive, while its vision is to empower community members to reach their optimal well-being. Serving clients across Northeast Ohio, the organization offers counseling for personal, relationship, and mental health concerns, along with case management that provides practical support.

Services also include in-home support for families facing behavioral or mental health crises, parent education focused on positive parenting and communication, and school-based programs tailored to individual school needs.
