Family Taekwondo

Family Taekwondo is a welcoming martial arts school based in New Lambton, New South Wales, offering taekwondo training for people of all ages and abilities. Its classes are designed for the whole family and emphasize an inclusive, non-contact approach in a safe, friendly atmosphere. The school offers complimentary beginner lessons, with no contracts or direct debits, so newcomers can try a class before deciding whether to continue.

Training takes place at the New Lambton Scout Hall, at the corner of Queens Road and Fleet Street, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:15 pm. The school is led by qualified instructors, including chief instructors Richard and Denise Garside, alongside senior instructor Robert Herd and instructor Andrew Knight. Family Taekwondo also shares information about taekwondo hyungs, or patterns, and provides a gallery of its activities.
