Its services use the evidence-based Collaborative Care Model, helping practices offer timely, specialized support while billing eligible services through their own teams.

FamilyWell provides patients with a coordinated care team that may include a care coordinator, certified coach, therapist, and psychiatric provider. Support spans infertility and preconception, pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, NICU experiences, perimenopause, and menopause. Care addresses conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder, with medication recommendations and prescribing when appropriate, as well as crisis intervention and safety planning.

For partner practices, FamilyWell coordinates referrals and follow-ups, documents care in the existing EHR, tracks clinical outcomes, and supports billing and claims submission.
