Legacy Mountain Labradors is a cherished family-operated breeding program founded in 2007 by Diane Jasper in the picturesque Cascade Mountains of Washington. The seed of this venture was planted in 1971, rooted in a vision of simple, nature-centric living. Diane's passion for breeding exceptional AKC Yellow Labrador Retrievers stems from her decades of experience with horses, instilling a critical understanding of genetics and the importance of selecting top-notch lineage. The program emphasizes a commitment to the highest standards of temperament, beauty, and athleticism, producing well-rounded dogs suited for families and hunters alike.

At Legacy Mountain Labradors, only one carefully planned litter is produced annually, ensuring each puppy is given the time and attention needed for a healthy start. The breeders maintain a small, focused operation, prioritizing quality over quantity. With fresh mountain air and ample room to roam, these Labradors thrive in a nurturing environment. Legacy Mountain Labradors is dedicated to preserving a traditional approach to breeding, ensuring their dogs exemplify the spirit of family and the outdoors.
