Nos missions sont les suivantes : • Assurer le paiement ponctuel et correct des allocations familiales aux familles qui sont affiliées chez FAMIWAL. • Détecter les enfants pour lesquels des allocations familiales n’ont pas été demandées afin de leur assurer le paiement de ce à quoi ils ont droit. Nous voulons faciliter au maximum les démarches des familles, leur offrir un service personnalisé et une information fiable et accessible. Nous mettons aussi à disposition des outils modernes pour la consultation (en ligne) de leur dossier.
