Fanfica is an AI-powered creative platform for writing fanfiction and original stories, then illustrating and animating them. Writers can describe an idea and use the service to develop a structured outline, chapters, scenes, and characters. Its tools are designed to maintain continuity by remembering plot events, character traits, appearance, clothing, moods, and injuries as a story progresses.

Users can create a character portrait as a visual reference, generate consistent illustrations for selected story moments, and turn images into short videos with a description of the desired action. Fanfica supports stories inspired by anime, books, television series, games, and other fandoms, as well as original worlds. The platform also offers an AI scene planner and character-generation features, including suggested roles, traits, and development arcs.

Writers can publish stories on Fanfica, where readers can favorite and comment on them, and browse scene illustrations created by other users. New users receive 15 free generation limits upon registration, with no payment card required; additional tools are described as available by usage limits or from stated pricing
