Fanø Gymnastik & Idræt (FGI) is a community sports and recreation association serving children, young people and adults on the Danish island of Fanø. Its programme brings together gymnastics, martial arts, fitness and family activities, with options for different ages and experience levels. Children can join age-specific gymnastics groups, camps and activities such as Kænguruerne, Ninjaerne, PowerKidz and Mini Mix.

The association’s judo department offers classes for children, teenagers, women and men, as well as grappling and a parent-and-child training group. Adult activities include functional training, CrossGym, recreational gymnastics, table tennis, pickleball, floorball, yoga and Yin Yoga. FGI also organises events, including gymnastics performances and children’s camps, and provides information about registration and financial assistance for leisure activities through a fritidspas.

Seasonal programmes and schedules vary, and members can sign up for individual activities through the association. Supported by local sponsors and contributors, FGI aims to offer welcoming opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy sport, movement and shared community life
