FAPA.aero

Future & Active Pilots Alliance (FAPA.aero) is a career information service supporting professional pilots throughout their aviation careers, from choosing a flight school to retirement. Since 1972, FAPA has helped thousands of job-seeking pilots connect with employers and navigate hiring decisions. Its mission is to assist pilots in building successful cockpit careers through objective, independent information and practical career support.

FAPA organizes monthly pilot job fairs where attendees can meet recruiters from companies actively hiring pilots, as well as seminars for people exploring how to become pilots. Events are free to attend, with registration required. Members can use specialized search tools to explore pilot employers, the aircraft they operate, their locations, and flight schools. The site also provides career articles, hiring-event information, and resources for aspiring pilots, pilots in training, job seekers, established pilots, and pilots aged 65 and older.

For interview preparation, FAPA offers resume development and individual coaching in core and technical skills. The organization also serves recruiters through event participation and advertising opportunities.
