Farewell Spit Tours | Collingwood is a family-run business located in the heart of Collingwood. With a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area, we aim to preserve and protect the prime environment of Farewell Spit while sharing its wonders with visitors. Our tours allow you to experience the power and sacredness of the spit firsthand.
We have a rich history, dating back to 1946 when tours along the spit first began as part of the weekly mail delivery. Today, our strong and sturdy 4WD buses provide comfortable transportation, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery in all weather conditions. But our dedication doesn't stop there.
We take our responsibility to care for the delicate environment of Farewell Spit seriously. We work closely with the Department of Conservation and local schools and groups to ensure the preservation of this beautiful ecosystem. From trapping pests to participating in beach clean-ups, we do our part to minimize our impact.
