Fargo Hockey Academy

Fargo Hockey Academy is a youth skills development program in Fargo, North Dakota, focused on helping young players build hockey fundamentals and confidence on and off the ice. Founded and directed by Fargo native Dave Thune, the academy welcomes boys and girls ages four or five and older, with sessions open to players of all skill levels. Training emphasizes four core skills: skating, stick handling, shooting, and passing.

The academy offers on-ice camps and training sessions throughout the year, including programs that focus on puck skills and aggressive play. Off-ice training is also available, with sessions held at Fargo-area hockey facilities; the location is provided during registration. Dave Thune brings more than four decades of playing and coaching experience and holds United States Hockey Association Level 4 credentials.

Families can register for available camps and sessions online, join a waitlist when a session is full, or subscribe to email updates about upcoming programs
