RODIM, fue fundada en el año 1994 como una compañía salvadoreña ubicando su planta de producción en Plan de La Laguna,Antiguo Cuscatlán – El Salvador, Centro America; la visión de dos empresarios Salvadoreños que deciden incursionar en la Industria Farmaceutica con un objetivo principal; fabricar y comercializar productos farmacéuticos de consumo humano de la más alta calidad; al iniciar operaciones se logran acuerdos de maquila para laboratorios internacionales como; LYPHA SANTE de Lyon Francia, Prodesfarma, S.A. y J. URIACH & CO de España, con el cual se logra tener mucha transferencia de tecnología en su momento.
