About Farmhouse of the Palms
Farmhouse of the Palms is a hospitality and property brand founded by Frank and Véronique, a Belgian couple who moved to Portugal’s Algarve in 2014 to build a life centered on nature and welcoming guests. Their projects reflect a commitment to thoughtfully renovated homes and sharing the character of the region.
Guests can stay at Casa da Bica in Olhão, a renovated house the couple has opened for visitors, with online booking available. The brand is also preparing a design-focused house in Estoi for rental, alongside a second Estoi renovation project. Its earlier Farmhouse of the Palms property was a 300-year-old quinta in São Brás de Alportel that the couple renovated; they have since sold it.
Beyond accommodation, Frank and Véronique own Signature Properties Solutions, a boutique real estate agency based in Santa Bárbara de Nexe. Together, their accommodation and property ventures offer visitors and buyers ways to experience Algarve homes and communities, combining local hospitality with an appreciation for the area’s distinctive settings.
