About Farming 4 Hunger
Farming 4 Hunger is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding both the body and the mind through locally grown and distributed food, as well as Life Sharing initiatives. With a mission to build a better Southern Maryland community, the founders of Farming 4 Hunger planted the seeds of faith, hope, and love that continue to blossom across generations and populations. Their hard work, unwavering passion, and philanthropic nature have made a significant impact.
This organization addresses the hunger problem in the Southern Maryland community, offers volunteer opportunities for individuals to experience the process of helping others, and provides support to community members and volunteers who are internally struggling. Additionally, Farming 4 Hunger focuses on drug abuse and alcohol prevention for children and young adults, as well as rehabilitating ex-convicts and encouraging their contribution to the community. By growing healthy food for the Southern Maryland community, Farming 4 Hunger strives to make a difference in people's lives
