Farm Truck is a Philadelphia-based food truck dedicated to providing farm-to-table, seasonally-inspired cuisine that celebrates local ingredients. Committed to transparency and sustainability, this unique culinary venture prioritizes quality by hand-making every item on its menu using produce sourced from nearby farms, artisanal bread from local bakeries, and organic, fairly traded coffee.
Farm Truck collaborates with several local partners, including Green Meadow Farms in Gap, Blue Moon Acres in Buckingham, Urban Roots, and Heritage Farm, all contributing to a vibrant community of producers. The brand strives to minimize its environmental impact, utilizing recyclable and biodegradable disposable items, and encourages recycling by providing appropriate bins at each location.
In addition to serving delicious food, Farm Truck is passionate about engaging with the local community and supports the arts while ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious meals. With a strong emphasis on knowing what you eat and where it comes from, Farm Truck is a place where great food meets thoughtful sourcing.
