Founded in 2019 and registered with the Ministry of Social Insurance, the foundation is situated in the artistic neighborhood of Zamalek. Its primary mission is to nurture and develop artistic and cultural activities, encompassing a wide range of creative disciplines and cultural components.

The foundation aims to showcase that culture has the ability to encompass all forms of human creativity. To achieve this, they focus on creating attractive opportunities for young artists, supporting authentic talent, organizing artistic and cultural activities, and incubating young talents to enhance their skills. The foundation also holds annual Farouk Hosny Foundation Art Awards, recognizing and supporting artistic and cultural excellence.
