Farum Sejlklub is a sailing club serving members in the Værløse area of Denmark. It welcomes both young people and adults who want to learn to sail, take part in racing or recreational sailing, and enjoy an active club community. Its youth programme offers introductory courses, instruction and organised sailing, with boats including Optimist, Tera, Zoom8 and Feva dinghies, as well as 29ers.
Adult members can join the senior sailing section, take courses through the sailing school, and sail club boats such as Wayfarers, StorTriss boats and Ynglings. The club also provides access to boats including ILCA dinghies and supports members who wish to borrow club vessels. Activities include Thursday racing, sailing events, social gatherings and a calendar of club activities.
Members may also apply for space for their own sailboat on land or in the harbour, subject to the club’s arrangements. Farum Sejlklub shares news, results, guidance and information about membership, safety and harbour services through its website and community channels
