Each year, the club brings people together through carnival events, performances, and processions, including its night parade. Its activities are supported by a range of groups, from the Elferrat and masked characters to several dance and youth guard formations, including the Wichtelgarde, Glitzergarde, Funkengarde, Teenie Garde, and Große Garde. Other featured groups include Zündele, Die Köhlbergweibla, Wetterhexen, and Keeseger Wildes Heerle.

Faschingsfreunde Kösingen welcomes people who want to take part, whether performing, joining a procession, or helping behind the scenes, and invites prospective members to become involved in keeping local carnival traditions lively
